In 1997, James “Jimmy” Taylor began producing glazed pecans during a Christmas holiday season when funds were sparse, to demonstrate to his family we don’t have to spend a lot of money to enjoy the Christmas holidays. He used his culinary skills to create a special recipe to make batch of glaze pecans. After purchasing a few toy items, he added a box of his special glazed nuts for each family member that’s now an annual tradition. Later he shared his delicious treats with extended family and friends which at times the demand come with indignation. Other products have been and will be added as we evolve.  We endeavor to deliver an unforgettable experience to those who get the opportunity to sample our amazing products.
